Privacy Policy
Jason Reynolds, PsyD, PLLC · Last updated May 2026
This policy describes how this website collects and uses information submitted through the contact form and scheduling tools. It does not describe the handling of protected health information (PHI) within a clinical relationship — that is governed by a separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices provided at the start of treatment.
What this website collects
When you submit a contact form or schedule a consultation through this website, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, and a brief description of what brings you to therapy. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and determine whether working together is a good fit.
This website does not use third-party advertising, tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics tools. Standard web analytics (page views, general traffic data) may be collected by Squarespace, the platform hosting this site, in accordance with their own privacy policy.
How your information is used
To respond to consultation requests and scheduling inquiries
To communicate about appointments and administrative matters
Your information is not sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes
Scheduling and intake tools
Appointment scheduling is handled through SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant platform. Information submitted through their scheduling portal is subject to SimplePractice's privacy policy and security practices, which meet the requirements of HIPAA.
Email and contact forms
Email and web-based contact forms are not fully encrypted and are not considered a secure method for transmitting sensitive health information. Please do not include detailed clinical information in initial inquiries — a brief description of what brings you to therapy is sufficient.
Cookies
This site may use cookies for basic functionality as part of the Squarespace platform. No cookies are used to track your behavior across other websites or serve targeted advertising.
Your rights
You may request that any information submitted through this website be deleted by contacting the practice directly. Once a clinical relationship has begun, your rights regarding health information are governed by the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices you received at intake.
